Legal Intern-Shanghai
1. Internship period: 12 months
2. Role and responsibility:
a. chop management and corporate archiving;
b. legal research;
c. legal documents (memo, contracts, minutes, etc.) drafting;
d. translation/proof reading;
e. other administrative works.
3. Requirements:
a. student in a Graduate Law Program (法学硕士在读生）;
b. excellent English skills. Special in Reading and Writing ;
c. part time: 2-3 days per week.
