Learning Officer(Location: Shanghai-Pudong)
Responsibilities:
Ø Administrate incoming errands within the training and people development area (L)
Ø Act as second line support in HR Service Centre including tool support to practitioners in the business (P)
Ø Administration of training catalogue (L)
Ø Scheduling of cluster training programmes (L)
Ø Administration before and after delivered training (L)
Ø Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part of the HR Service Centre team (L)
Ø Administration of Idioms and Education Background policies (L)
Ø Administration control of trainings organized and delivered by areas (WCM, SAP Super user) and mandatory trainings (eg Safety, ISO) (L)
Ø Invoice/Vendor payment (L)
Requirements:
Ø General knowledge within HR with focus on training and people development
Ø Experience from administrative tasks
Ø Education in SAP
Ø SLA knowledge
Ø Fluency in English
Ø Organised, thorough and show attention to details
Ø Solution oriented and a strong customer service focus
Ø Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Ø High personal integrity (Integrity & Trust)
