Responsibilities:
1. Administrate incoming errands within the training and people development area (L)
2. Act as second line support in HR Service Centre including tool support to practitioners in the business (P)
3. Administration of training catalogue (L)
4. Scheduling of cluster training programmes (L)
5. Administration before and after delivered training (L)
6. Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part of the HR Service Centre team (L)
7. Administration of Idioms and Education Background policies (L)
8. Administration control of trainings organized and delivered by areas (WCM, SAP Super user) and mandatory trainings (eg Safety, ISO) (L)
9. Invoice/Vendor payment (L)
Requirements:
10. General knowledge within HR with focus on training and people development
11. Experience from administrative tasks
12. Education in SAP
13. SLA knowledge
14. Fluency in English
15. Organised, thorough and show attention to details
16. Solution oriented and a strong customer service focus
17. Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities
18. High personal integrity (Integrity & Trust)
