Job introduction:
- Utilize innovative approaches (e.g., digital technology, social media, analytics) to continuously engage clients to drive revenue and generate future business, and share insights that build and promote the IBM brand;
- Leverage product, industry, and sales expertise to sell clients individually tailored solutions;
- Collaborate with IBM colleagues to deliver outstanding client engagements;
- Negotiate and close deals digitally;
- Provide digital post-sales client relationship management to ensure solutions meet or exceed customer expectations;
- Continuously maintain and expand sales, industry, and technical knowledge; use expertise to serve as a thought leader during client engagements.

Candidate Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree and above, major in IT related disciplines;
- Ability to learn and use innovative social selling technologies;
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire to achieve performance goals;
- Excellent digital and face-to-face communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to prioritize demands from multiple clients while developing creative sales solutions;
- Ability to build trusting working relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Good Command of English.

- 持续学习关于交易,行业和技术上的知识;在建立和维护客户关系中,运用自己专业知识,做一个思想领袖。

职位要求:
- 本科以上学历,IT相关专业;
- 有学习和使用先进社交销售技术的能力;
- 对销售有激情并且主动,有完成目标的动力;
- 有很好的面对面和数字化沟通力以及呈现力;
- 能优先化管理多个客户,同时能提出有创造性的销售解决方案;
- 能与客户和同事建立信任关系;
- 良好的英语水平。
