岗位职责
1、负责系统安装，调试，维护；
2、系统日常监控、数据备份、恢复；
3、提供内部技术支持、培训，及客户培训工作；
4、收集客户需求，处理客户协调工作；进行售前技术分析支持工作；
5、编写、修订和审核技术支持相关文档和作业指导书；提出项目实施改进计划；
6、配合完成项目实施、验收工作。
任职资格
1、计算机相关专业，本科以上学历；
2、一年以上技术支持工作经验，有相关行业背景；
3、熟悉软件工程，相关集成产品，精通安装环境配置，系统调试，安装过程；
4、较强的独立分析问题和解决问题的能力；
5、强烈的责任感和很好的团队合作精神，具备很强的自学能力，能够承受工作压力；
6、英语读写听说能力。
