Help resolve customer query or complaints; 了解公司全线产品以及售后服务流程。帮助客户解决问题与投诉； To respond to all live chat, website, and email inquiries concerning customers after sales and service situations. Help enhance the customer experience; 负责所有售后渠道的反馈，包括在线咨询，网站，电邮咨询等。帮助提高客户的经验； Collect and feedback customers comments to line manager and provide constructive suggestions for after sales and service improvements; 收集并反馈客户的评价给直线经理，并对售后服务提出有建设性的意见，用来改进售后服务质量； Work with line manager to optimize and report all online service activity; 与直线经理一起优化与报告所有在线服务活动； Handle all the sales order entry into ERP system for all company points of sales; 销售数据录入公司ERP系统； Provide daily/weekly/monthly data reports 提供日报，周报与月报； Perform Customer surveys 客户调研 Receive & check return product from every single sales channel. 接收并检查所有退货产品； Other assigned tasks 其他领导指派的工作。 Qualification for the Job 任职条件 College degree or equivalent, major in e-commerce will be a plus; 大专及以上学历，电子商务相关专业更佳； 1-3 years working experience, qualified recent graduate students also welcomed; 1~3年相关工作经验，符合条件的毕业生也可； Familiar with e-commerce sales and service process, knowledge of back office operations and procedures for China Market Places. e.g. , TMall, Amazon, etc; 熟悉电商销售与售后服务流程，了解中国市场电商，例如京东，天猫，亚马逊等； Experienced ERP User with Sales Order Entry experience will be prefered; 熟悉ERP系统中销售订单模块更佳； Typing at least 60 words per minute with 90% accuracy is required; 打字速度要求60字/分，90%准确率； Fluent oral and written Chinese and English; 中英文听说读写流利； Good user knowledge of PC software; 办公软件操作熟练； Service oriented, superior interpersonal and communication skills; 良好的服务意识，卓越的人际交往与沟通能力； Highly developed sense of responsiveness, both timely and accurate. 及时并准确的反应售后问题； Flexible work hours schedule 灵活的工作时间 Our Offer An exciting position in a Swiss-based, globally active company with own R&D, manufacturing and retail operations Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes Innovative business with best-of-class products for the improvement of indoor air quality
