Responsibilities：
Responsible for driving the IT implementation for Abbott Diagnostics laboratory software solutions, delivering excellent technical professional service and training, providing expert application knowledge, and expanding ADD business by developing existing customer accounts.
•Perform software/hardware installation and configuration processes
•Work closely with ADD sales teams and Informatics Sales colleagues to develop and profitably grow existing customer accounts
•Support sales/service activities and provide expert knowledge on the total solution
•Maintain the software & the system
•Deliver structured software application product training to the end user
•Provide comprehensive support for entire IT solution
•Ensure the knowledge & experience learned from other countries can be shared and applied into daily work effectively

Requirements：
•Bachelor degree & above, major in Electronic Informatics Technology related
•Excellent IT functional expertise, IT product and industry knowledge in Laboratory Medicine
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
•IT Skills: C++ or RFID preferred
•Good English Skills: oral & written
