Key Responsibilities

ØDevelop a good understanding of clients and build up strong relationships with them.

ØInvolve in the new business development opportunity, especially the spotting and pitching processes.

ØSource talent through a number of channels including our internal candidate database (RWS), referral, headhunting, networking, social media and advertising.

ØScreen and Interview with candidates for verifying the suitability for client's vacancy.

ØManage and coach candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

ØGather feedback and proactively follow up with both clients and candidates from interview towards the on-boarding stage.

ØBuild up strong candidate relationships within your specialism.

ØNegotiate remuneration package and finalize arrangements between client and candidates.

To succeed in Recruitment internship you will need;

Requirements:

ØFinal year undergraduate / Post graduate degree holder in any discipline

ØAble to work at least 3 days per week and 6 months or above

ØFluency in spoken English and Mandarin.

ØTo be a passionate, driven and motivated individual.

ØA thirst for knowledge, hungry to learn and develop.

ØResilience, grit and determination to be successful.

ØA strong team player - work well in a multinational and diverse company.
