Position: Marketing System Assistant

Location：Shanghai

Department: Consulting

Job Title and Description/名称及内容描述：

· Start with data cleansing, research and system information quality control

· Coordination with business user to ensure information accuracy and comprehensiveness,

· Support daily helpdesk, regular reporting sets, simple system configuration

· Work with the team to identify new user requirements, and develop creative solution.

· Conducting structured data gathering, research and reporting analysis for management teams at different level of views, etc.

Job Qualifications /资格条件

· Strong communication and writing skills in English is a must;

· Logical thinking, strong capability and responsibility to drive problem solving, carefulness is a must;

· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skill

· Experience on Org consolidation, enterprise operation, sales supporting is preferred;

· Experience with integration tools and mobile application development is a preferred;

· A technical degree in computer science or a related discipline is preferred. Other degree holder will also be considered;

· 4 days availability per week, at least 6 months commitment is a must
