Job Description：
> Perform engine and vehicle calibration work on engine dynometer, chassis dynometer or on the road and deliver structured calibration reports
> Solve technical problems during the calibration phases and be responsible for tests results and consistency
> Define testing methodology for technicians and analyze data
> Participate in hot / altitude / cold trip tests
> Support customer to investigate and solve technical problems during developing phase and aftermarket
> Increase transparency in the projects with relevant planning an commitments made on the projects
> Be responsible for complete system development and delivery working with other domains/sections
> Participate in customer events
> Plan system scope, effort, design, resource coordination and delivery as per specified timeframes
> Track multiple stakeholders, partners and ensure timely completion and delivery of the project to the client
> Report status regularly and deviations (delays, process deviations) to all stakeholders
> Communicate with project team , supervisor, and customers in order to exchange information and identify improvement opportunities
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor or above, major in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
> Have good understanding of automotive engineering
> Have good knowledge in engine management systems
> Have good communication skills
> Have good intercultural competence and willingness to work in international team
> Fluent English both in speaking and writing
> Driving license is preferred
> Have good command of both oral and written English
> Experience with Design to cost and value engineering projects is preferred
> Have knowledge of automotive quality standards and safety standards
