Job Description：
> Create control systems (software) for new equipment or upgrade control system for running equipment
> Perform equipment control specification and accept document
> Verify and release new equipment from control aspect
> Source and foster supplier to meet control aspect requirement
> Perform New control technology introduction to meet developing requirement of manufacturing technology, e.g. software
> Perform Lessons learned and improvement implemention
> Response for equipment trouble shooting
> Response to support maintenance (for area: PLC control and communication interface, servo system control and special device control etc.)
> Keep current process stable by improving equipment control system
> Process quality improvement by optimization and equipment improvement from control side
> Analysis and solve problems for down time reduction
> Support maintenance improvement from control side
> Try to solve the problem which others can not solved from software
> Support maintenance to solve complicated problem from software
> Keep current control system stable and reduce downtime risk by software backup
> Perform software knowledge and technology training
> Share experience to process engineer and maintenance engineer
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor degree or similar qualification within software or programming
> Have experience of leading a releated project
> Project leadership experience is preferred but not required
> Gaining intercultural know-how in e.g. international project is preferred but not required
