Responsibilities工作职责：
-Customer requirements analysis: responsible for studying and developingcustomer /market requirements as design input of solenoid or other componentsin transmission box. Analyze hydraulic system and improve it to let the productcould be suitable to customer true requirement;
客户需求分析：负责预研及开发客户及自动变速箱市场的需求并以之作为电磁阀或其他变速箱零部件产品的设计输入。分析变速箱液压系统，在满足客户需求的条件下，将其改进使本公司产品与之匹配；
-Design and release of transmission box components, including solenoid etc.:pre-study new product, communicate with supplier, finish detail design, edittechnical documents, finish sub-parts release and product design release;
自动变速箱产品的设计和认可，包括电磁阀或其他变速箱零部件产品：预研新产品，与供应商沟通，完成详细设计，编制图纸，FMEA等技术文档，完成子零件及产品总成的设计认可；
-Solve design problem: optimize design of current products, solve internaltechnical problems and customer complaint about design aspect;
设计问题解决：设计优化现有产品，解决公司内部的技术问题及设计方面的客户投诉；
-Provide support for making localization plan, localization development and testvalidation.
支持制定国产化计划，国产化开发及试验认证。
Requirements任职要求：
-Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering orrelated area;
机械、机械电子、车辆工程等专业硕士学历；
-Good knowledge in mechanical design, hydraulic drive, plastic injection, metalproduction. Good knowledge in solenoid and transmission box is preferred;
良好的机械设计，液压传动，塑料及金属材料成型等相关知识，具备电磁阀和自动变速箱相关知识者优先；
-Good learning capability and logical thinking capability;
优秀的学习能力和逻辑思维能力；
-Good innovative ability and team work spirit;
良好的创新能力和团队合作精神；
-Good reading and writing English, knowledge of German is preferred.
良好的英语说写能力，兼懂德语者优先。
