Responsibilities工作职责：
-Customer requirements analyze, breakdown, technical support, coordination;
客户需求分析，细化，客户项目技术支持和协调；
-Hardware design, integration and test, technical document development;
电力电子控制器的硬件设计，集成与测试，并编写开发技术文档；
-Coordination for purchasing and production.
协调生产，采购等接口部门。
Requirements任职要求：
-Master degree or above in Power Electronics, Automotive Electronics,Automation, Motor, Circuits and Systems, Automation Control or related area;
电力电子、汽车电子、自动化、电机、电路与系统、自动化控制等专业硕士及以上学历；
-Proficiency in power electronics, vehicle power electronics products experienceis preferred, familiar with power electronics topology, driver design andthermal design;
熟练掌握电力电子知识，有汽车电力电子产品开发经验者优先,熟悉硬件开发流程，熟悉电力电子的基本拓扑结构，驱动和散热的基本知识；
-Good communication, teamwork and English skills, knowledge of German ispreferred.
良好的沟通，团队合作及英语水平，兼懂德语者优先。
