Responsibilities工作职责：
-Hybrid function & software development based on embedded system;
基于嵌入式系统的混合动力功能软件开发；
-Hybrid powertrain control strategy design based on system modeling tools;
基于系统建模工具进行的混合动力总成系统控制策略设计；
-Hybrid function software module simulation, integration/testing and validation;
混合动力功能软件模块的仿真，集成测试和验证；
-Development standard, process and tool building-up and improvement.
开发标准，流程和工具的建立和不断改进。
Requirements任职要求：
-Master degree or above in Automotive, Vehicle Engineering, Automation orrelated area;
汽车、车辆工程、自动控制等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
-Familiar with working and control theory of internal combustion engine,electric motor, transmission and other hybrid powertrain component;
熟悉发动机、电机、变速箱等混合动力总成零部件的工作及控制原理；
-Experience in hybrid control strategy design and function development, familiarwith related development and simulation tools;
具有混合动力控制策略设计和功能开发经验，熟练使用相关开发、仿真工具；
-Good communication, teamwork and English skills.
良好的沟通,团队合作及英语水平。
