Responsibilities工作职责：

-System requirement specification derived from customer requirement, markettrends, standard analysis and platform development;

通过客户需求分析，市场技术趋势和法规跟踪以及平台开发，进行48V混合动力系统需求技术规范定义；

-Hybrid system concept and system solution development;

低压混合动力系统概念和系统方案的制定；

-Hybrid system, 48V power net system, and relative system/component techniquespecification;

混合动力系统, 48V电器网络系统以及关联子系统和部件的技术规范定义；

-Hybrid system simulation and quality control (SFMEA);

混合动力系统仿真和质量控制（SFMEA）；

-System integration test, hybrid function calibration and system release;

系统集成测试，混合动力功能的标定以及系统发布；

-Democar realization, system concept validation and advanced study;

样车实现和系统概念的验证与预研；

-Developmentstandard, process and tool building-up and improvement.

开发标准，流程和工具的建立和不断改进。

Requirements任职要求：

-Master degree or above in Automotive, Vehicle Engineering, Automation orrelated area;

汽车、车辆工程、自动控制等相关专业硕士及以上学历；

-Familiar with working and control theory of engine, transmission and othervehicle component, good knowledge of Hybrid control system functiondevelopment, experienced in related development and simulation tools;

熟悉发动机、变速箱等整车零部件的工作、控制工作原理，具有混动控制系统功能开发经验，并熟练使用相关开发、仿真工具；

-Good communication, teamwork and English skills.

良好的沟通,团队合作及英语水平。
