Responsibilities工作职责：

-Process standardization and maintenance management: production processstandardization, PQIP maintenance, organize and manage process standardizationand maintenance, coordinate ECR implement and sample production;

工艺维护及标准化管理：生产工艺文件的标准化、工艺过程文件的维护、组织及管理工艺过程标准化及维护的相关工作，协调实施工程更改和样品生产；

-Quality management: analyze the complaint and make the report, control internaldefect cost and related to process improvement;

质量管理：对投诉进行分析并编制报告、控制与内部质量成本和投诉相关的工艺改进；

-Process improvement: analyze and solve the process and quality problem in productionline, process improvement, make and update the process document.

工艺改进：分析和解决生产现场的各种工艺问题和质量问题，生产工艺的改进，制度和修改各种工艺文件。

Requirements任职要求：

-Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering,Mechatronics or related area;

机械类、电子工程、机电一体化等专业本科及以上学历；

-Fluent in English or German; Good communication and interpersonal skills;

英语或德语熟练；良好的沟通技巧；

-Good analytical and problem solving skills.

良好的问题分析及解决能力。
