Outbound Real Estate Consulting Intern - Guangzhou DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield
Location: Guangzhou, China
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1.Overseas Industry analysis and introduction
· Conduct industry research on “One belt one road” regions and provide feasibility analysis for real estate developers and fund companies.
· Analyze industry development strategy in regions of foreign countries
· Introduce overseas operators to China, including healthcare, education and elder care operators.
2. Overseas real estate development consulting
· Navigate potential clients and local real estate market
· Perform desk research on local real estate development, including strategy, local market, customer preference and pricing, etc.
· Develop evaluation report for projects.
3.Corporation Services
· Facilitate the collaboration between fund raising institutions and real estate developers
· Integrate resources like market resource, and establish overseas industry intelligence & platform.
Requirements
· Last year in Bachelor or Master degree, fresh graduate or have 1-2 years’ work experience
· Good English communication and written skills.
· Interested in real estate industry and overseas industry introduction.
· Outbound experience will be a plus
