中国系统研发实验室 的IBM i开发团队由10年前分散的小项目，发展到如今有100多人的团队；与美国Rochester实验室共同承载全球IBM i开发，及客户支持的使命！我们主导的项目从系统管理软件、中间件、网络组件、虚拟化、数据库（测试）到文件系统、编译器、调试器及JVM/JDK等底层产品均有覆盖。目前，我们有大量职位虚位以待，无论你C/C++高手还是精通Java，无论你有志开发还是测试，都有机会在这里找到一席之地。

It also integrates a trusted combination of relational database, security, Web services, networking and storage management capabilities. Running applications based on i has helped numerous customers over two decades to focus on innovation and delivering new value to their business.

CSTL IBM i team which was founded in 2005 and had grown up with more than 100 people by now. We already have local experts on architecture, design, quality assurance, performance tuning and analysis, we also play very important role on the influence to IBM i customer in China. We will provide training from basic IBM i knowledge to advanced CAMSS technologies, the employee will not only grow up with the strongest IBM i skills, but also contribute to the transformation of IBM i, have chance to touch IBM products and latest solution for top 500 enterprise in the world.

Requirements: 
- Good C/C++/Java programming skills.
- Good English and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills preferred.
- Innovative and eager to drive new ideas into execution.
- Solid computer science and operating system knowledge.
- Strong development and test skills on developing features, fixing customer issues, executing test, and  participating in design, quality plan, code review, test plan.
- Self-motivated and passionate.
