Responsibilities工作职责:
- Define markets trends and opportunities by thorough market research for Power Tool Accessories in emerging markets Asia
- Define growth measures through tracking and analysis of KPIs
- Implementation of marketing strategies in local sales organizations
- Support of local marketing and sales teams by initiating key actions
- Increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction with assigned branding and marketing activities
- Ensure successful product launches
- Strengthen overall brand image by guarding consistency and adherence with style guides and central directives.
Requirements 任职要求:
- Master degree, preferably majoring in Sales and Marketing, Business Management or any other Marketing related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing
- Excellent communication skills (able to communicate on senior management level)
- Open to work in diverse teams of different nationalities and background
- Result driven and able to take responsibility
- Independent worker, self-organized with initiative and determination
- Excellent English, written and spoken
