Responsibilities工作职责：
- Modelling and simulation with regard to reliability (mostly with use of finite element simulation with Ansys) ；
- 进行可靠性相关的建模及仿真工作；多数运用有限元仿真；
- Test system development, including Hardware and Software, and prepare them for sample run on time；
- 测试系统开发，包括硬件和软件，并且在项目试产时按时准备好测试系统；
- To support test KPI improvement, such as FRY yield, board repairing success rate and tester down time；
- 支持生产测试工作的持续改进， 比如首次通过率， 维修板成功率和测试机停机时间；
- Ensure test standardization to be implemented strict, such as good test coverage & OEE improvement, ergonomic, FMEA,CP and so on；
- 确保测试标准能够严格执行，比如测试覆盖率，生产效率，人机工程，失效模式和影响分析，控制
计划等等；
- Trouble shooting and failure analysis for defective products during production and customer complaint, and
provide correct and prevent actions；
- 针对生产当中和客户投诉的坏板做坏项分析和提出改进预防措施；
- Reporting for sample run, project status and Failure analysis；
- 报告试产，项目状况和失效分析。

Requirements任职要求：
- Bachelor or Master Degree in electronic, communication or control Engineering or equivalent;
-本科或以上学历，电子，通信或控制工程、或者及相关专业；
- Knowledge of related test development software, such as Visual Studio, Labview and simulation software, such as Ansys, Abaqus or others;
- 熟悉相关测试开发软件, 比如VS， Labview和仿真相关专业软件，如：Ansys, Abaqus or others；
- Knowledge on electronic, communication, control, mechanics;
拥有电子，通信, 控制, 机械等专业知识；
- Self motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
- English written and verbal;
英语听说读写流利；
- Willingness to work and interact in international teams;
