Job Description Coordinate with customers and sales to book enough space with carriers/co-loaders. Release space/BL to customers. Build robust relationship with existing and new customers. Monitor the performance of the customers assigned to you . Report any outstanding issue to CUS manager/Sales/Branch managers. Coordinate with local and overseas agents/partners to ensure excellent customer service level. Establish and maintain customer file and make improvement for SOPs. Occasional customer visits upon request. Suggest and deliver initiatives which will benefit both customers and the company. Handle customer complaint and claim. Attend internal meetings upon request. Draft reports as requested by agents/sales/customers/branch manager. Provide support to other colleagues during their absences. Other tasks assigned by managers. Requirements: One year experience in intl forwarding business. English CET-4 or above College Degree or above Good communication skills Local Dongguan resident preferred.
