珠海工厂质量控制部实习生岗位职位描述：
1. 战略STRATEGY
参与实验室5s活动，包括物品分类与盘点、保持现场整洁有序。
Participate lab 5s activities, including sort and inventory check, maintain work flow clean and  tidy.
2. 操作OPERATION
确保按检验操作规程中的要求操作。
Ensure follow the requirement of analytical instruction to operate.
确保实验技能可持续性提升。
Ensure the continuous improvement of the operating skill.
3. 质量QUALITY
确保严格遵守质量标准和SOP规定，输出稳定可靠的检验结果。
Ensure to be complied with specification and SOP strictly, delivery stable and reliable testing results.
确保当出现任何异常事件时，立即报告。
Ensure report any abrreant issue immediately.
4. 安全HSE
确保遵守实验室安全要求，实验过程中佩戴安全防护用品。
Ensure follow the requirement of lab safety, wear safety protect tools during testing.

所需具体的技能
Specific Skills(Include specific skills and knowledge necessary to meet the objectives of the position)
具备微生物学知识、生物学知识、无菌/非无菌知识。
Areas of knowledge should include:  microbiology, biology, sterile or non-sterile product expertis.
具备学习能力与反省能力。
The ability of learning and reflection.
具备发现问题、识别问题、解决问题的能力。
The ability of recognizing, analysing and solving problems
有良好的多任务处理的能力、善于区分优先级力，良好的人际关系处理能力，良好的口头表达与书面表达能力，良好的组织能力与分析能力。
Must be able to manage multiple objectives with ability to balance multiple priorities.  Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required, Must have good organization and analytical skills.

任职要求：
1.在读大三,大四学生
2.本科学历及以上，生命科学，生化，微生物方向专业优先
3.有校园社团工作经验或社会实践经验尤佳
