    Business Scope:
    Provide one-stop services for corporate clients of their domestic and outbound meetings, business delegations and incentive travel. We can design customized route according to client’s demands and properties, provide considerate and personalized service; marketing and PR event planning with creative ideas and designs; exhibition planning and services including but not limited to booth design and construction, exhibition undertaking, as well as international congress organization.

    With powerful advantages in resources of HNA Group, combining mature and experienced MICE service team, Grand China MICE has successfully arranged corporate annual meetings and overseas incentive travel with group size from hundreds to even thousands. We provide domestic and outbound corporate meeting services, tailor-made incentive trip arrangement, marketing and PR event planning and exhibition services. Focusing on details, attaching importance to the personalized marketing demands, providing considerate service, Grand China MICE is aiming on providing “Sincere and Dedicated Service” interaction with clients. .

工作职责：
    1、协助部门人员进行团队资料整理、客户联络、整理文档等工作；
    2、协助部门人员与酒店、地接社等供应商沟通协调；
    3、协助大型会议现场服务工作和执行工作；
    4、协助办理签证业务；
    5、有机会在客户经理指导下独立操作项目。
   
    职位描述/要求：
    1、做事仔细认真，能吃苦耐劳，能承受较大工作压力；
    2、形象气质佳，性格开朗；
    3、有较强的沟通和协调能力，具有敏锐的洞察力及灵活性；
    4、具有奉献精神，良好的团队合作精神；
    5、熟练操作办公软件及设备，获取外语等级证书或各种奖励者优先考虑
    6、身体健康，成绩优良，在校期间担任学生干部、组织过社团工作或具有一定社会实践经验者优先。
    7、在校大三、大四学生，旅游或者会展专业学生优先。
