Responsibilities工作职责：

- Direct material purchasing;

- 生产直接物料的采购;

- Maintain and monitor on time delivery from suppliers, until the goods arrive in HK Hub (oversea suppliers) and warehouse (local suppliers)

- 维护供应商的交期，跟踪供应商准时交付海外物料到香港货仓或本地物料到工厂货仓;

- Managing with suppliers for delivery move in, move out or cancellation;

- 及时和供应商处理物料需求的变化，例如提前，延后或取消;

- Solving question invoice about quantity variance on time;

- 及时处理关于数量差异的发票;

- To meet plant target about inventory control and TCT;

- 达成工厂目标，关于库存量控制和库存周转天数的目标；

- ECN implementation control and monitor;

- 关于物料改变的工程变更的控制和跟踪。

- EDI management, implement procurement model;

- 对不同的供应商执行不同的物料采购形式。

Requirements 任职要求：

- Bachelor or above degree, major in logistics，English or related subject;

- 本科或以上学历，物流，英语或相关专业;

- Knowledge of MRP, excel, word;

- 有MRP知识， 会操作excel, word 软件;

- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;

- 积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神;

- Good English in written and verbal;

- 英语听说读写流利;

- Willingness to work and interact in international teams;

- 积极融入并在国际化的团队中发挥作用。
