Job Description:

Summary: Logic/mixed-signal circuits design, including front-end design implementation, design verification, silicon validation and design support for mass production.
Flash memory design experience is a plus.

Essential Functions:
Architect, design and verify circuits, logic, systems, algorithms, etc. to meet product requirements.
Own the design of all digital blocks in flash memory. Applicant should have basic technical skills on how to design digital block, have knowledge of ASIC flow and EDA tools.
Be responsible for mixed-signal full chip verification, including both block and full chip level verification.
Education and/or Experience:
Major of microelectronic is preferred. Bachelor's degree with 3+ year experience or Master degree is required. An advanced degree may reduce the minimum experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong Verilog RTL coding design skills
Familiar with digital simulator, synthesis and timing analysis tools
Familiar with IC design flows
Familiar with PERL, Tcl and linux Shell.
Dedicated, hard working and good team player
Possess good interpersonal skill as well as good communication skills
