Responsibilities工作职责：

-   Responsible for ECU validation test, ensure test delivered in time, quality and budget
-   负责电控单元的验证测试，确保测试按时，按质量，按预算完成
-   Develop and realize test solutions for validation according customer requirements
-   依据客户的要求开发并实现为验证的测试解决方案
-   Communicate with lead development regarding technical solutions and validation technologies
-   和领导开发部门沟通技术方案和验证技术
-   Participate at the SE meetings to attend the whole development process in an international team
-   在整个产品开发过程中参与国际团队的项目会议
-   Coordinate and supervise tests according the schedule and facility availability in internal and external laboratories
-   根据时间表和内外部实验室设备的状态协调和监控实验的完成
-   Release test and measurement reports, documentation
-   放行测试测量报告及文档
-   Assign tasks and provide technical training to lab technicians
-   为实验室技术员安排任务及提供培训
-   Create and maintain technical documentations
-   建立并维护技术文档
-   Define testing systems and control the buildup process with suppliers
-   定义测试系统，与供应商合作完成并控制过程
-   Design and build wiring harness and fixture according requirements
-   根据要求设计制作线束和夹具
-   Problem solving and failure analyze in validation and test development
-   在验证测试和测试开发过程中的问题解决和失效分析
-   Program test script to realize test logic of ECU testing, load boxes and testing equipment
-   编写测试脚本以实现电控单元的测试逻辑，负载及测试设备的控制

 

Requirements 任职要求：

-     Master or above degree on electrical engineering, automation control or related
-     电气工程，自动控制以及相关学科的硕士及以上学历
-     Test SW experience is preferred, such as LabVIEW, C#, C++, etc.
-     测试软件相关经验优先，例如LabVIEW, C#, C++等
-    Good communication in English writing and oral
-    良好的英语书写和口头沟通能力
-     Initiative, responsible, good communication and coordination skill
-     主动，有责任心，良好的沟通协调能力
