YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES We can give you great opportunities to improve your skills and develop new ones: · Responsible for Cooling system / subsystem / component Development; · Lead implementation of Ford product development process / quality operating system and ensure the milestone deliverables to be completed on time with quality; · Drive issue resolution through team work and using problem solving techniques; · Develop and maintain Project Timing plan and ensure Engineering development plans are up-to-date and compliant with key program deliverables; · Work with suppliers to design and develop Cooling system components to meet all requirements including functional specification / quality / cost / timing; · Responsibility for robust design verifications, engineering sign-off and production validations. |
OUR REQUIREMENTS If you want to help us create tomorrow’s leaders you’ll need: · Bachelor degree or above in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; · Good oral and written English language communication skills essential; · Knowledge of or interest in Powertrain system / sub-system / component required; · Knowledge of component manufacturing process – stamping / Plastic Injection molding/ forming advantageous; · Be accountable for deliverying objectives and able to make sound decisions based upon facts/data; · Some experience in CAD and CAE methods useful. |
