YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for program deliverables which includes but not limited in prototype builds, certification, in-country validation of vehicle and powertrain, drive events, launch of vehicles and customer satisfaction actions;
• Be responsible for powertrain calibration delivery and support of programs in the gasoline/diesel feature space;
• Deliver drivability, emissions/OBD compliance and powertrain attributes which meet; Program, Ford Targets and regulatory requirements;
• Support resolution of on-going product concern;
• Support program & design review forums and drive issues to resolution.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

If you want to help us create tomorrow’s leaders you’ll need:

• Bachelor degree or above and major in engineering;
• Strong fundamental capabilities in engine and vehicle operation;
• Good data presentation and excellent English communication skills;
• Project management and organizational skills;
• Familiarity and use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook;
• Travelling is required.
