YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

·   Deliver   Asia Pacific lead engine program unique component designs. Responsible for   delivering all Design Verification and Process Validation evidence for each   component.

·   Provide   component launch support for localized components. Responsible for ensuring   component quality and timing is not compromised with local suppliers.

·  Provide   engine launch support for China Joint Venture programs.

·   Bridge   the communication gap between Ford USA and Europe. The candidate must   have strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong English   capability (both written and verbal) is mandatory.

·   Help   to develop local suppliers such that the supplier can meet all Ford standards   and quality metrics.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

If you want to help us create tomorrow’s leaders   you’ll need:

·   Bachelor   degree or above, major in Vehicle Engineering, Machinery.

·   Good   technical knowledge of engine components/ sub-system.

·   Strong English   communication and written skills;

·   Experience   in GD&T, familiar with CAD and CAE tools;

·   Knowledge   on commodity manufacturing process – stamping / welding / casting / forging /   heat treatment;
