Major Responsibilities
To manage brake systems customer applicationprojects (including foundation brake and actuation product applications) in AP market.
To establish and execute brake systemdevelopment/validation testing plan together with internal and external teams(customers) for the responsible projects.
To lead system integration for brakeapplication systems.
To interface with customers to understandcustomers’ requirements and to communicate with customers through informal andformal presentations and meetings.
To interface and closely work with foundationbrake and actuation product engineering teams to define product proposals and system/packaginganalysis for A/P applications.
To support sales team to development newcustomers and business opportunities.
To interface, closely work with and supportglobal brake product development teams for product development to ensure thecustomers’ requirements are met.
Requirement:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Problem solving capability and drive for results.
Good influencing and leadership skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong team player and quick learner.
