Key Responsibilities
New products/projects/processintroduction
新产品、新项目、新工艺的导入
Develop new machines/assemblylines/fixtures with supplier according to ZF TRW drawings/spec/standard process&procedure, debug &acceptance machine/assembly lines/fixtures, supportproduction until safe launch.
与供应商一起按照ZF TRW的图纸/标准/标准工艺/标准流程，开发新的设备/生产线/工装,调试以及验收设备/生产线/工装，支持生产直至产品安全导入。
Coordination of all capacityplans
协调制定产能分析和计划
Support all CQA processes forproduction in AP and OP/SP for product line.
支持客户报价流程成本分析以及各工厂生产线规划
Standardize processimplementation
标准化工艺流程的推行
Update Capex plans according toLRP change.
制定生产线投资计划
Support plant to continuouslyimprove process to achieve target cycle time/FTQ/uptime.
支持工厂持续改进工艺以达到预期的节拍/一次通过率/设备非停机率
Be a contact window in AP forglobal standard process discussion and experiences sharing
作为AP的窗口，参与全球关于标准工艺的讨论以及经验分享
Qualification
Bachelor or Masterdegree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering.
Problem solvingcapability and drive for results.
Good influencing andleadership skills.
Excellent Englishcommunication skills.
Proactive, strong teamplayer and quick learner.
