Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain systems andprocedures to support the sourcing function. Participate in thecooperation projects with other departments.
维护开发采购系统，参与和其他部门的合作项目。

Ensure procurement according tocustomer expectations and demands. Participate in promote the implementation of the strategy for purchasing department.
确保根据客户的期望和需求，完成采购任务，参与推动采购部门战略的实施。

Push suppliers to achieve “BestPractice” in cost, quality, service and delivery. Keep inclose cooperation with the sites.
推动供应商的成本、质量、服务和交付期均达到“最佳状态”，和各业务团队保持紧密合作。

Qualification

Bachelor or MasterDegree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or commercial.
Problem solvingcapability and drive for results.
Good influencing andleadership skills.
Excellent Englishcommunication skills.
Strong team player andquick learner.
