Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Support standardization in packaging across varioussites and product lines within AP.

  • 协助整个亚太地区工厂的包装标准化；

 

  • Support standardization packaging manual asper TRW and Customer specific guidelines.

  • 根据ZFTRW和客户特殊性包装规范， 协助编制标准包装手册；

     

  • Support regional packaging expense reviewwith all plants including training. Optimize packaging cost within OP budget.

  • 协助亚太区包装费用的分析，包括培训以及改进工厂包装费用使之达标；

     

  • Support CIS(continuous improvement system) projects related to packaging.

  • 协助与包装有关的成本费用节约项目；

 

  • Support on site packaging workshop toidentify opportunities & implementation solutions.

  • 协助开展包装研讨会，确定包装改进机会并付诸实施

     

    Qualification

  1. Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering, automotiveengineering or commercial.

  2. Problem solving capability and drive for results.

  3. Good influencing and leadership skills.

  4. Excellent English communication skills.

  5. Strong team player and quick learner.
