Key Responsibilities
Coordinates production activitieswith support functions such as maintenance, materials, manufacturingengineering, quality, safety etc.

Directs activities throughmanufacturing leadership to attain production goals consistent with cost,quality, and delivery objectives.

Responsible for developing theleadership skills of the Group Leaders through coaching, training, motivatingand counseling.

Assists in achievingmanufacturing business objectives and serves as the point person for drivingLean initiatives such as pull, 5S, 7 kinds of waste, etc.

Responsible for addressing andresolving employee, process, and quality issues in a timely manner.

Qualification
Bachelor or MasterDegree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or electronics.
