Key Responsibilities
Buyer is mainly responsible for procuring the necessary materials to support production requirement andmanaging supplier’s performance.
采购主要负责生产物料的购买,并有效地管控供应商。
- Maintain supplier information into plant system to drive material available, follow up project schedule to ensure material available before new project launch.
系统维护供应商的基本信息,了解并跟踪新项目的进度,确保自己的物料有效性.
- Coordinate with logistics group to set up logistics models for supplier.
跟物流团队配合并建立供应商的物流模式.
- Develops and administers methods, policies and procedures directed at ensuring the efficient and economical movement of material through the plant.
按公司政策和流程来管理物料，并确保物料在工厂的正常运作。
- Maintains ongoing open communications with customers, vendors, other plants, etc.
保持与客户，供应商，其他工厂的持续开放的沟通能力。
- Analyzes and provides relevant forecasts to suppliers and make sure the shipment on time.
分析并提供预测、交货时间给供应商，并确保物料到货的准确性。
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree in purchasing management or Supply chain management
- Problem solving capability and drive for results.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong team player and quick learner.
