Cisco CCTG Server team – CCTG is responsible for developing and deployingcloud collaboration software, providing online collaboration service to otherenterprises. WebEx online meeting system is the key product. Server developmentdepartment China team is responsible for backend servers developing of WebExsystem, include of Data Server, Multimedia Server. Provide high quality meetingmanagement service, audio service and video service.
思科云协作组（CCTG）服务器开发部 – 云协作组负责开发并部署云协作软件，为其他企业提供在线的云协作服务。WebEx网络会议系统是其中的核心组成部分。服务器开发部中国团队负责WebEx系统后台核心服务器的开发工作，包括数据服务器、多媒体服务器，为用户提供高质量的会议管理服务，语音服务和视频服务。
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical assessment by architecture and business requirements documents.
- Write technical design documents for projects & features by functional specifications.
- Implement project functionality by technical design document.
- Perform unit test and code review.
- Review and discuss technical issue & solution with global teams, communicate orally and in writing to articulate design and issues.
- Bug fix and production issue support.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously when needed
.
Requirements:
- Must have skill/experiences
- Strong Object Oriented thinking
- Strong C/C++ or Java programming experience and debugging skills
- Critical thinking and analysis abilities
- Good team player
- Strong technical sense and ability to research and find out root cause of technical issues
- Familiar with Unix/Linux platform operations
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Good to have skill/experiences
- Hands-on experience of script language programing
- Hands-on experience of Audio/Video Media programing
- Database knowledge and hands-on experience
- Networking knowledge and programing experience
Educational Background：
Typically requires MS EE/CS
