Responsibilities
1. Review the customer test spec;
2. Prepare the test cost for Quotation;
3. Design the test tooling and equipment for new project;
4. Write the WI for new test spec. for vibration, acoustic, hot burner, etc.
5. Training the operator for new equipment or tooling;
Implement the DVP&R for new project;
6. Analyze test results and provide feedback. Provide opinions and interpretations of test data when required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, mechanical/automotive related major.
2. Should be familiar with the test process of exhaust system or engine components
3. Should be familiar with the DVP&R of exhaust system or engine products durability test/vibration/acoustic test;
4. Should be familiar with the FEA of Flow, Stress, Vibration, thermal analysis;
5. Should be familiar with acoustic/Vibration equipment operation ,can analysis the test report, can set up the test according test requirement;
