Responsibilities
1. Check the feasibility of the production for Pre-Production process (molding, coating, metalizing).
2. Follow the new project sample building.
3. Assist the APU1 internal package for new project.
4. Follow the trial out in Pre-Production.
5. Lead the Pre-Production process validation, PPAP of new product.
6. Design, development and control of process instructions/ WI – initial process.
7. Design, development and control of visual aids – emphasis on visual management.
8. Design and validation of tool and fixtures, according standard AL guideline.
9. Assure that fixtures will be able to handle quick change over time (3 minutes max.).
10. Assure new samples test design are on comply with AL standards / guideline.
11. Control of Process Capability.
12. Cooperate with Project Quality on development of Control Plan.
13. Responsible for the development and maintenance of PFMEA’s and Flow Charts.
14. Work with Production Team on development plan for problem solving – provide support as needed.
15. Organize required rework activities – assure process flow identify rework flow.
16. Comply with quality and environmental standards procedures and instructions.
17. Responsible to follow internal weekly communication in order to maintain project status updated.
18. Lead and follow the change on process / equipment / material.
Qualifications
1. Master of Engineering equivalent;
2. Good problem solving and analysis ability;
3. Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must.
4. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
