SMART Program (Schindler Management Acceleration for Readiness of Trainee) is a talent development program that aims to build talent pipeline of frontline leaders by acquiring and developing young and high potential talents through job rotations, hands-on learning, coaching and mentoring.
Successful trainees will be offered management roles within Schindler China, such as Function Manager or Sales Office Manager. -
Stage 1 Understand the Schindler Foundation
· 6 month training and buddy support
· explore and comprehend the organization, business, and values of Schindler
Stage 2 Building Business Knowledge & Leadership
· 12 month on-job rotation coupled with structured learning opportunities through coaching assignments, group workshops and self-management course learning.
· Understand business and acknowledge leadership skills
Stage 3 Foster Project & People Leadership
· 12 month on-job rotation coupled with mentors , assignments, coaching and project assignment
· Successful trainees will be offered management roles within Schindler China, such as Function Manager or Sales Office Manager. -
Qualifications:
- Excellent communicator with great people skills;
- Strong problem solving and coordination skills;
- Self-motivated and flexible with strong analytical and conceptual thinking;
- Open minded, creative and not afraid to take initiatives;
- Strong team player with patience and attention to details;
- Ability to multitask and perform under a heavy workload;
- Flexible to take rotation in different locations.
