Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Good competence to communicate, express and execute;
3. Work actively and takes initiative, work efficiently under pressure and maintain team spirit;
4. Fluent in Chinese & English communication skills;
5. English proficiency basic requirements: CET-6 / TOEIC 750 / IELTS 6.

Job Description & Qualifications：

1. Establish good relationship with the sales employees actively, transmit the accurate and efficient company information on time, and set up the belief of sales employees on the company;
2. Utilize the various prizes to promote the regional sales achievement according to the company target and target of sales leading group;
3. Make the statement analysis of the sales group achievement, provide the recommendations to increase the achievement, and ensure the completion of group achievement;
4. Assist the business meeting and collect the feedbacks of sales personnel;
5. Promote the business group appraisal system actively to realize the objectives of business group appraisal.
