Responsibilities 工作职责

• Guarantee the correct execution of assigned production plans, according to time/quality/quantity parameters;

• Provide support to the Dept./Production Manager for monitoring production and productivity parameters, keeping him/her constantly updated by means of production reports;

• Ensure the monitoring of any deviation or anomaly, providing information to the reference manager and suggesting recovering or ameliorative solutions;

• Ensure the correct and efficient coordination of resources in order to fulfill the scheduled production objectives, in compliance with Safety and Environment regulations;

• Guarantee the fulfillment of all planned quality controls and process analyses according to scheduling;

• Provide support to the Dept./Production Manager by constantly monitoring the efficiency level of machinery, performing a first fault diagnosis and informing and cooperating with Plant Maintenance;

• Ensure the Dept./Production Manager functions by replacing him/them in case of absence;

• Cooperate with the Plant Safety and Environment Manager in order to monitor safety and environment risks, providing information to the Dept./Vice Dept. Manager about new or unexpected risks for the area under his/her responsibility;

• Provide support for the information and training activities on Safety and Environment directed to the assigned staff, cooperating with the office in charge;

• Guarantee the tidiness and cleanliness standards for workplace and machinery;

   

  Qualification 应聘要求

• 2017 graduate with bachelor degree or above, major in metallic material, mechanical or related category;

• Solid functional / technical knowledge and skills, internship experience in auto industry is preferred;

• Can work in shift

• Strong problem solving and communication skills;

• Highly motivated self-starter, demonstrated initiative with integrity and teamwork orientation;

• Fluent in both oral and written English.
