职责Responsibilities:
Willing to focus on technical, down to earth
Complete technology projects independently
Support the production department with technical questions
Provide training in technology improvements
Lead projects to improve or optimize the processes
Prepare spare parts for equipment planning, and troubleshooting
要求Requirments:
Bachelor degree or above, in heat treatment or equivalent
hard worker, with awareness for details
Good communication skills
Knowledge of quality System
Will receive training and work in taicang first, and transfer to Xiangtan
