Responsibilities工作职责：

-       Understand product and testing concept, and develop test plan with leadplant and development

-       理解产品和测试概念，和领导工厂以及研发一起开发针对产品的测试计划

-       Work with NPI team to introduce new test equipment and test program according to schedule

-       根据新项目的时间表，导入新的产品和新的测试设备以及测试计划

-       Responsible for engineering change management for both HW&SW according to product requirement

-       根据产品的需求，负责测试的软硬件的变更

-       Responsible test coverage analysis and improvement

-       负责产品测试覆盖率的分析以及改善

-       Line testing equipments maintenance and troubleshooting on production floor

-       生产线设备维护与维修

-       Line tool maintenance and management.

-       生产线上工具的保养和管理。

-       Line testing process owner and trouble shooting.
生产线测试制程技术责任人与问题解决。

-       Line programming preparation and trouble shooting.
生产线程序准备与问题解决。

-       Responsible for own process FOR improvement
负责自己制程的不良率的改善。

-       Responsible for own process Utilization improvement
负责自己制程的生产效率的改善。

-       Total productivity maintenance (TPM) experts of line, and responsible for effective TPM.

-       生产线全面生产维护的专家，并负责全面生产维护的有效执行。

-       Training and coaching service technician, regular了y evaluation technician (testing + equipment).

-       培训和教导Service技术员,以及定期考核技术员（制程 + 设备）。

-       Training production people (testing process + equipment).
培训生产线人员（测试制程 + 设备）。

-       Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables line.
负责生产线的备件与易耗品使用的控制。

-       EWAK, d-sample production support and follow up problem solving.
支持EWAK, d-sample等样品试跑，并跟踪问题的解决。

-       On-call to support machine or testing issue
需要电话待命来支持生产线的设备或测试问题的解决。

-       Owner of Documentation，and regular update of documents (FMEA, PQP, TPM, WI, etc.)

-       负责生产线的文件，定期的文件更新(FMEA, PQP, TPM, WI, etc.)。

-       Participate technical sharing meeting with colleagues in sister plant

-       参加技术会议和兄弟工厂的同事一起交流

 

Requirements 任职要求：

Master Degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering;

硕士学历，需要电子或通信等相关专业；

- Familiar with Office software

熟练运用Office 办公软件

- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;

积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

- English written and verbal;

英语听说读写流利；

- Willingness to work and interact in international teams.
