Dolby's audio technologies are implemented in smartphones, tablets, PCs, set-top boxes, TVs, Cinema of global technology providers. Most people use Dolby technologies every day without knowing about it. 

This position provides the opportunity to build the most advanced technologies. You will work with leading scientists and apply the most advanced theory to practice. The position focuses on implementing different kinds of audio signal processing technologies including audio codec, audio processing, audio algorithm optimizations, etc. It requires brilliant ideas to implement in a way considering complexity and memory restricts. As a part of an international team, the software engineer will work closely with other Dolby colleagues in US, Germany, Australia and Poland. It requires collaborative interactions with different functional divisions within the company.  

Education, Skills, Abilities, and Experience: ？

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or comparable field, relevant work experience highly desired, but not strictly required ？
• Highly skilled in C/C++ programming language ？
• Very good understanding of audio and digital signal processing technologies ？
• Strong personal interest in sound technologies ？
• Independent, self-motivated person requiring minimal supervision ？
• Complex problem solving skills ？
• Fluent in Chinese and English. Excellent communication skills ？
• Team-oriented work ethic and interest to work in cross-continental teams ？
• Good understanding of software development process

• Experience of embedded development (Porting and Optimization) ？
• Good understanding of DSP architectures ？

该职位需要在杜比实验室位于中国北京的工程部门工作。该职位的主要工作重心是将杜比的音频技术引入到诸如ARM内核或TI数字信号处理系统（TI DSP）等嵌入式平台之中。 该职位要求对于信号处理算法和定点算法的优化，以及汇编语言的运用有深刻的了解，并对DSP和其他通用嵌入式系统架构有很好的掌握。

要求具备的教育背景、技能、能力、与经验

电气工程、计算机科学或类似领域的理科学士或硕士。

具备将信号处理算法引入至嵌入式平台并进行优化的1-2年专业经验。理科学士必须符合该条件，理科硕士如符合该条件，将优先考虑录用。

Windows和Linux环境下的C/C++编程技能。

了解如何开发和调试嵌入式模拟器/硬件设备。

具有出色的英语口头和书面交流技能。

能够在规定时限内完成工作。

能够掌握至少一门汇编语言。符合该条件将优先考虑录用。

掌握脚本语言，如Perl 或 Python。符合该条件，将优先考虑录用。
