Responsibility/Duty:
1.understand themarket and competitors:
a)Analysethe market and the opportunities;
b)Monitor activities of competitors;
c)Assist in establishing the proper GTM in China.
2.Sales Activiteis:
a)Responsible for Sales activities in the regional;
b)Ger familiar with Sales job responsibility and give construction comments to management team;
c)Collect sales data from region and make data anylasis;
d)Indentify the business opportunity in the region and reach the annual sales target.
3.Satisfy customers:
a)Manage customer needs regarding technical service, customer service and marketing support in order to achieve the objectives;
b)Utilize technical and application expertise to provide solutions to customers.
4.Ensure proper management of credit/market risk:
a)Monitor the credit limits for identified customers and the overdue receivables;
b)Ensure the credit policies are properly applied.
5.Collaborate with theother business units (CSA, CCC, ROCM and Sugar) and develop new business opportunity for Cargill.
Position Requirements:
· Good language skill in English and Chinese
· Active working attitude and people skill
· Operation of software such as Excel and Word
· Punctuality and flexibility on working time management
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task
· Stress resistance
· Good organizational skills
