Position Summary:

This position is responsible for exploring new customers in the field of Toy, Stationery, Children products, Water Articles or other products of Hardgoods industry and implementing the sales target of Hardgoods Department.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify customer present and future needs, achieve and develop sales revenues with existing and new customers to reach assigned sales target;
2. Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;
3. Collect and analysis market’s and competition’s information to seize and develop business;
4. Solve client’s issues and inquiry timely to ensure the testing/project achievement;
5. Collect buyer’s information from the local clients to help department improve the business with buyers;
6. Work out reports regularly with high quality, the report including but not limited in visit summary report after every business visit;
7. Perform other duties assigned by Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager / Department Manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above;
2. Good communication skill, proactive and self-motivated;
3. Strong teamwork spirit, can work under pressure;
4. Willing to learn;
5. Good command of reading and written English;
6. Adapt to frequent business travel.
