Position Summary:
This position is responsible for SAP activities; project documents record of customer service team and support other customer service activities, within Hardgoods Department.
Responsibilities:
1. Entry customer order in system and ensure the data correct;
2. Maintain the customer and project database to ensure the record clear and correct;
3. Follow up project and communicate with customers directly about project schedule to enhance customer service satisfaction;
4. Provide timely feedback to supervisor or other related people about customer’s request or enquired;
5. Highlight major Customer Service issues in a timely manner to Senior Customer Service and resolve the issues promptly;
6. Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Diligence, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit;
3. Good communication skill;
4. Willing to learn;
5. Good computer skill, such as MS office;
6. Good command of written and reading English.
