RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare RFQ technical spec assessments
2. Prepare competitive technical solution generation according to the RFQs.
3. Initiate project execution proposals and estimate engineering resource & investment for quotations
4. Arrange the Chief/Program management reviews
5. Prepare customer technical reviews
6. Prepare transparent program transition to project team after awarded.
7. Promote Delphi E&S new technology to customers

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor or above degree in electrical, electronic engineering
3. skill in one or more of the following areas: the micro-controller system design , Analog and digital circuit , PCB layout knowledge and low emission layout experience ,CAD design and CAE analysis tool application
4. Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills
5. With task and work planning skill
6. With positive people interface attitude
7. PC application skill
8. Electrical design experience(better more than 2 years) on below area will be a plus: High speed signal; RF; Audio
