Responsibilities:
Work closely with product line to deliver the “best in Class” product going to market, of the well-matched performance and launch schedule.
Initiate NPIs to global portfolio team, after understanding customer demand completely. Create business case for each NPIs which are related to customers of China region.
Establish and maintain trustworthy customer relationship, leveraging field engagement.
Be clear-minded of customer’s real demand for short/long term. Set up the best pricing strategy with BL product/portfolio manager.
Coordinate the resource of global R&D NPI pipelines and local technical support, to driver the strategy to ensure our products in best position for most DW and revenues projection.
Conduct market and competitive assessment in global-wide view, market intelligence from multi-channels and market trend analysis in dynamic business environment.
Be responsible for some campaigns/DRI in China region, and work out the corresponding Go-to-Market strategies.
Track record with sales team on design wins, orders and billing management.
Requirements:
Master degree of RF/MW/EE/Telecom or related majors. MBA plus bachelor of engineering, is a plus.
Good knowledge of wireless infrastructure, PA architecture, DPD, RF system, and various die process technologies used in active devices.
Excellent communication skills is MUST. Efficiently and effectively collaborate with across function teams to achieve the objective and success.
Self-directed to customer demand in complicated environment, with influence to decision makers of key DWs. Result-oriented personality with an open and collaborative style and approach.
Very fast reaction in new situation. Business drive pro-actively and well alignment of overall company culture and strategy.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
