Job Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above, major in manufacturing engineering
-Familiar with product manufacturing process: injection molding or assembly
-Have good Knowledge about: IE, lean production , ergonomics , products & production technology, SAP
-Good MS-office skills
-Good English both in oral and written
Job Responsibilities
-Monitor production basic data, like cycle time and setup time of each machine through the whole manufacturing process
-Publish monthly report and investigate and find the weakness acc.to monthly report
-Analyze and clarify manufacturing problems for procedures already in use
-Modify the manufacturing processes and adapt them to the business requirements. Evaluate results and determine the processes
-Monitor production Performance with OEE. Investigate and analysis the problem in OEE implementation
-Create the time matrix for each process. And updated it on time. Maintain related manufacturing data base in SAP system
-Calculate and analysis machine capacity and machine utilization for the budget and investment
-Investigate and evaluate manufacturing processes with regard to their production engineering suitability (including equipment, materials,
and production supplies) with a view to improving efficiency, cost effectiveness, quality and functionality
